Officers and Staff of GVDG

Officers

President: Max Crotts (1st term as President, served 1 term as Secretary)
Role/Jobs: Oversees all the transactions and workings of the club. Can assist any officer or staff that needs help. Helps designs and decides on the clubs plan of action and business transactions. Responsible for the well being of the club as an entity.

Vice President: Todd Markov (3rd term)
Role/Jobs: Assist the President in various jobs. Takes care of various items that do not fall into a certain officers or staffs role. Helps organize and run some events.

Treasurer: Stewart Goodson (3rd term)
Role/Jobs: Overseeing all financial transactions and keeping a record of them. Balancing the club bank account. Approving purchases for the club based on a fiscal basis

Secretary: Jason Myers (1st term)
Role/Jobs: Sending out of club communications and keep a record of them. Assisting in the promotion of the club. Keeping a record of what is discussed at club meetings and other club related functions.

Advisor

Scott Faison (1st year) - served as President for 2 years. As advisor, he will help any officers when needed and act as support.

Staff

PDGA Tournament Director: Scott Faison
Role/Jobs: In charge of the PDGA event, Down East Players Cup and assist in other club events.

Assistant Tournament Director: Robert Leonard
Role/Jobs: Helps the Tournament Director in the running of the PDGA event

Doubles/Monthlies Director(s): Max Crotts & Jon Upchurch
Role/Jobs: In charge of running and maintaining the weekly doubles events and any items associated with them.

Assistant Doubles Director: Adam Baker
Role/Jobs: Assist with the Doubles Directors in the running of weekly doubles. Fills in for a Doubles Director in case of their abscence.

Recreation and Parks Liasson: Stewart Goodson
Role/Jobs: Communicates directly with Greenville Recreation and Parks on behalf of GVDG.

Merchandise Buyers: Scott Faison & Max Crotts
Role/Jobs: Purchasing merchandise for club use in doubles, PDGA events, fund raisers and various other activities. Also dealing with any and all vendors.

Web Site Management: Scott Faison
Role/Jobs: Maintaining and updating the club web site.

Grounds Crew: Rob Brown
Role/Jobs: Acquiring trees/plants and other landscaping needs.
